GuidelinesSubmitting Your StoriesYou must be a member of Authorlink to post your stories on STORY LINK. Join now! Your membership is instantly processed once payment is verified. Log in on the upper corner of our site with your ID and password. Click MY ACCOUNT in the same log in box. Choose STORY LINK (add a story). Follow the simple steps to upload your story. Add as many as stories of up to 0 words each (or a total of 15,000) with your membership ($7.50 each thereafter). No pornography or extreme violence is allowed. All submissions are staff monitored. Violators will be immediately kicked off and membership suspended. Featured PicksEvery submission is automatically considered by our editorial staff for a possible Five-Star Pick, to be featured on our main STORY LINK page. Picks and their display on our feature page are solely at the discretion of our editors. Members may not purchase a FIVE STAR designation. Look for the FIVE STAR FEATURE check box in MY ACCOUNT to see if you have been chosen (allow up to 14 days for the evaluation), or wait for an e-mail alert from Authorlink. Story Link at Authorlink.com is working to get Story Link-featured authors considered for other shorts programs, including online short story sites, anthologies, and on-air author programs. Royalty PaymentsEach story you post earns you $0.40 per paid user download. You can track your royalties earned and paid, overall and by story, by logging in and visiting your MY ACCOUNT page. Deferred Royalty Payment. We pay you within 15 days of the close of each calendar quarter, if at that time the total royalties due you amounts to at least $50. Lesser amounts will be carried over to the next quarter until they total $50 or more. Payment is made either in the form of a check mailed to the Ship To address in MY ACCOUNT or to your Paypal account. All royalty payments are based upon our accounting department's verified paid sales. Authors will not be compensated for incomplete or unverified downloads. Customer questions?
