About Authorlink Press
Welcome to AUTHORLINK PRESS, the publishing imprint of Authorlink.com, the award-winning news, information and marketing site for the publishing industry. Here in our online catalogue you'll find trade paperback originals and reprints in keeping with the finest traditions in publishing. Titles range from mainstream fiction, thrillers and mysteries to romance, women's issues and nonfiction.
We are committed to delivering books truly worth reading. We are NOT a subsidy or self-publishing imprint. Nor are we an eBook publisher, though a few of our titles are available in eBook format through selected retailers and in our parent company's eBook store. Our authorsincluding some who have already been published by major housesare carefully chosen, and earn industry-standard royalties. We generally buy world English rights. We advertise and market our titles through a wide variety of traditional media and online.
Trade Orders
We offer standard trade discounts through our wholesalers and through direct sales.
Our high quality titles are printed as traditional runs with stocked inventories, and are distributed through the full publishing program at Ingram Book Group, Baker & Taylor, and other distributors.
Consumer Orders
Our books are available to consumers through major brick and mortar bookstores, independents, through online booksellers.
Manuscript Submissions
At the present time Authorlink Press is NOT accepting unsolicited manuscripts. Our parent company, Authorlink.com, however, accepts unsolicited and unagented manuscript submissions for its Rights Showcase. See separate guidelines.
When Authorlink Press is acquiring, we prefer agented or referred submissions of not more than 80,000 words. Brief e-mail queries are required before submission of actual materials. No unsolicited e-mail attachments please! No phone calls. Unsolicited materials mailed or e-mailed to Authorlink Press will automatically be discarded unread. Authorlink Press' submission policies should not be confused with its parent company, Authorlink.com, which is a separate marketing service, and not part of our publishing unit.
