KGaA. The change of legal form from Aktiengesellschaft (stock corporation) to Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien (KGaA; partnership limited by shares) with a SE (Societas Europaea) as general partner was completed with the entry in the company register. The conversion was an “identity-preserving change of legal form,” wherein the Group’s ownership structure and corporate structure remain unchanged. Nor does it change anything for the employees.
