McGraw-Hill to Announce First Quarter Earnings

NEW YORK, March 28, 2012 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The McGraw-Hill Companies (NYSE: MHP) announced today that its first quarter 2012 results will be issued on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 via news release at approximately 7:15 AM Eastern Time. The news release will be available for downloading from www.mcgraw-hill.com.

Harold McGraw III, Chairman, President and CEO; Jack Callahan, Executive Vice President and CFO; and Chip Merritt, Vice President, Investor Relations, will host a conference call/webcast at 8:30 AM Eastern Time on April 24, 2012 to discuss the results. They will also update investors on McGraw-Hill's progress toward the Growth & Value Plan and the planned separation into two public companies.
