General Requirements and Terms

Submitting Copy

Online submission is coming soon. Until then, e-mail attach, fax, or mail your advertising copy to us. If mailing, please submit your copy on on a CD in .txt format, MS Word or Word Perfect. Please also include a printed copy of your file and indicate a desired layout. Please supply reproducible logo, either hard copy by mail or ..jpg, gif, .bmp or .tif PC file. Do not fax logos. Mail your order and copy to: Authorlink, 755 Laguna, Irving, TX 75039-3218 or fax to: 1-866-381-1587 (if no logo or graphic required). Or e-mail your order and copy to dbooth@authorlink.com. If your business is Texas-based, you must add state sales tax to your order at .0825%.

Proofs

A proof of your ad will be furnished online or by fax. Modifications made by you after the listing is approved will require a prepaid fee of $50. Errors made by us will be promptly corrected at no charge to you

Advertising Requirements

Authorlink reserves the right to reject any advertising which does not meet our standards. Advertisers assume liability for all content.

Limits of Liability

Authorlink makes every effort to operate on the highest professional standards, however total liability is limited to the dollar amount of the contract. We do not accept liability for direct or indirect loss or damage of any nature, including , but not limited to, typographical errors or copyright infringements. By applying for the service, the participant (sponsor) attests that the company, person or organization owns rights to the material and indemnifies Authorlink from all legal liability.

Refunds, Cancellations, Changes

The agreement is a commitment to list for a minimum of three months (90 days) and is non-refundable for the period covered. You are under no obligation to continue thereafter. But if you choose to retain the service, your payment should be received in our offices ten (10) days before the ending date of your contract. If no payment is received by that time, your listing will automatically be removed. Re-instatement will be considered as a new listing, and setup charges will apply. Payment may be made by credit card (faxed or phoned to us--NOT e-mailed), or by check or money order to Authorlink, 755 Laguna, Irving, TX 75039-3218.
