Fees are per month per banner and include a live link to your site. Minimum 1 month contract unless specified. Please note: We have the right to refuse any advertising on our site. Ads containing pornography or extreme violence are among those not accepted.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND TERMS:

Submitting Copy

Your uploaded logo must be a maximum of 430 x 70 pixels. Ad description must be a minimum of 25 words. If your business is Texas-based, we will automatically add state sales tax to your order at .0825%.

Proofs

You can review your ad copy online before submitting. Please read it carefully. You cannot revise ad copy after it is submitted, unless you start over from the beginning. Errors made by us will be promptly corrected at no charge to you.

Advertising Requirements

Authorlink reserves the right to reject any advertising which does not meet our standards. Advertisers assume liability for all content.

Limits of Liability

Authorlink makes every effort to operate on the highest professional standards, however total liability is limited to the dollar amount of the contract. We do not accept liability for direct or indirect loss or damage of any nature, including , but not limited to, typographical errors or copyright infringements. By applying for the service, the participant (sponsor) attests that the company, person or organization owns rights to the material and indemnifies Authorlink from all legal liability.

Refunds, Cancellations, Changes

MONTHLY:

The agreement is a commitment to list for a minimum of one month (30 days) and is non-refundable for the period covered. You are under no obligation to continue thereafter. But if you choose to retain the service, you must RENEW your ad via MY ACCOUNT, at least three days prior to your cancellation date. If no payment to a valid credit card is processed by that time, your listing will automatically be removed. Re-instatement will be considered as a new listing, and setup charges will apply. *DAILY:

Daily ads will be posted on the next available working day on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no minimum or maximum for the number of days an ad runs. In some cases please allow 3-5 working days for the ad to appear.
